Story
Kaan Dikmen set up KDC in 2018 in the conviction that “less is more” if executive search is to be a true source of trusted, impartial advice.
This conviction says that clients and executives alike should have a single point of accountability for the service they experience, not diffused across a matrixed delivery team. KDC performs all of its research, outreach, communication and negotiation in-house.
KDC was also founded in the belief that executive search consultants spend too much time on low-value activity. Proprietary software, built in-house and sporting more than 50,000 lines of code, aims to automate repetitive tasks and achieve zero-friction fluidity between service delivery and client communication.
Not bound by arbitrary business development targets or corporate bureaucracy, KDC provides an unshackled service that is focused, dedicated and free to pursue creative approaches to acquire answers.
